- Invoice required. Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: porcelain tiles, baseboards, trims, discontinued products, damaged materials, and opened or torn boxes.
- Vinyl limit: a maximum of 10 boxes of vinyl may be returned per invoice.
- Refunds: no store credit. Refunds are issued only to the person named on the invoice.
